Pay

You earn for the hours you work.

    Small tasks

    Every project is split into small tasks, each with an estimate in hours.

    You choose

    You take the tasks that fit your week, from a few hours to full-time.

    You log

    You record your hours on each task as you work.

    You are paid

    Each month you are paid for the hours you logged, at the rate agreed in writing for your role.

  • Your hours, your callFive hours a week or forty. What you earn grows with the hours you put in.
  • Equity for co-foundersEarned over time, and agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Bring your toolsMany of us already pay for AI subscriptions. Here they go into real projects.
  • No fixed salaries yetWe are early. Income grows with the projects we win together.

    Send your CV or LinkedIn profile, plus a link to something you have built and a few bullet points about it. Tell us how many hours a week you can give.

    Talk, your way

    By writing or on a call: you choose. We send the questions ahead of time.

    Technical trial

    A small piece of real work, with a clear definition of done.

    Agree

    Role, hours, pay and equity, in writing.
