How we work

  1. 01

    Assess

We watch a normal week across your branches and pick what to build first.

  2. 02

    Build and launch

We build it on your own point-of-sale and adjust until every branch uses it daily.

  3. 03

    Hand over

Documentation, training and full access — your team owns it and runs it.

What stays with people

Every price, every menu change and every exception for a branch manager — those stay with your team. The agent consolidates sales, moves stock between branches and prepares the owner's report; it never sets a price or closes a branch's till on its own.

One branch's close, next to another's, without a phone call.

Questions owners ask

Do all branches need the same point-of-sale system?

No — we read from what each branch already uses, even if they're not all the same system. If one can't connect, we'll tell you at the first visit.

Can the menu differ from branch to branch?

Yes — a dish can have a different price, be seasonal at one location, or be off the menu entirely at another; the agent reads each branch's own list.

Does it consolidate the till across branches?

Yes — the owner sees one consolidated close next to each branch's own sales, the same day, without calling every manager.

Can one branch borrow stock from another?

Yes — it flags a branch running low and a nearby branch with spare stock, so a manager can decide to move it before anything runs out.

Who owns what you build?

You do — it's built on KOA, an open-source platform under an MIT licence. There are no licence fees; your team gets full documentation and access.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many branches and what's worth doing first. We agree the price after the first conversation, before any work starts, and there are no licence fees.

Is this only for large chains?

No. It's built to help two or three branches as easily as a dozen — wherever an owner is still calling each branch manager to know how the day went.
