What it looks like in practice.

Three everyday cases, step by step. They are illustrations of how we work, not client stories.

  6. Done. It is held under your number until tomorrow at closing time. Anything else?
  7. Do you also do alterations?
  8. That is not in the shop’s information. It does not guess.
  9. I don’t have that information. I’ll pass your question to the team and they will reply here.

A shop: is it in stock?

The agent answers from the shop’s own inventory, holds the item, and passes on what it does not know.

What happens behind

  1. Customer
  2. Agent
  3. Inventory
  4. Shop team

What we test before launch

  • It answers stock from the inventory, never from memory.
  • It says it does not know when the answer is not in the shop’s information.
  • It never gives a price that is not in the catalog.
  • It hands over to a person with the conversation already summarised.

What happens behind

  1. Customer

  • Allergies are written on the reservation as the customer said them.
  • Large groups always go to a person.
  • It confirms day, time and number of people before booking.

  1. Where is my order? It was supposed to arrive yesterday.
  2. Finds the order by the customer’s phone number and reads its status.
  3. I found it: the order left the warehouse this morning and is on today’s route, with delivery expected before 2 pm. I’m sorry for the delay.
  4. I need it before noon or I can’t open.
  5. A promise it cannot make by itself. It alerts dispatch with the order and the deadline.
  6. I can’t promise that myself. I have alerted dispatch with your deadline, and a person will confirm here in a few minutes.
  7. Marta · DispatchThis is Marta from dispatch. I moved your delivery to the first stop. It will be there by 11.

A distributor: where is my order?

The agent reads the order system, tells the truth about a delay, and alerts a person when a promise is needed.

What happens behind

  1. Customer
  2. Agent
  3. Order system
  4. Dispatch

What we test before launch

  • It reads the status from the order system and never guesses.
  • It does not promise delivery times it cannot keep.
  • A late order raises an alert to a person, with the order attached.
  • It apologises once, plainly.

In every case the rule is the same: the agent does the routine part, and a person decides the rest.
