  1. 01

    The show calendar.

One calendar, kept the same on your site and at the door.

  2. 02

A group rate and a seat map someone still checks.

How we work

  1. 01

    Assess

We watch a normal show day and pick what to build first.

  2. 02

    Build and launch

We build it on your own calendar and adjust until your team uses it daily.

  3. 03

    Hand over

Documentation, training and full access — it’s yours to run.

What stays with people

Prices and discounts, refunds, promises to a large group, anything about your staff. The agent prepares; a person decides.

A docent crouching beside a child in a warmly lit exhibit hall, pointing up at a large dinosaur skeleton display instead of standing at a ticket machine.
The ticket desk, free to explain the exhibit instead of fighting a machine.
A visitor scanning a QR code ticket on their phone at a warmly lit venue entrance, with the show calendar board visible behind them.
A QR at the door, with re-entry built in.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to change my ticketing system?

No — we start from the system you already use and read from it. If it can’t connect, we’ll tell you at the first visit.

Does it really sell with no commission?

Yes — tickets sell through your own site, so there is no per-ticket commission the way a marketplace charges. You still choose how you price every ticket.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

Yes — visitors can write to you on WhatsApp for a show time, a group rate or re-entry, and it also works on the web. Your team can read every conversation.

Who owns what you build?

You do — it’s built on KOA, an open-source platform under an MIT licence. There are no licence fees; your team gets full documentation and access.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what is worth doing first. We agree the price after the first conversation, before any work starts, and there are no licence fees.

Is it only for large venues?

No. It’s made for a single venue with one show calendar, where the person at the door still explains the exhibit instead of fighting a ticket machine.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

It’s built to say when it doesn’t know and hand over to a person. Before launch it has to pass checks with real questions from your venue.
