Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Co-founder

We are looking for a co-founder to lead KOA Labs and its business side, while the technical co-founder role leads AI and the platform.

What you will do

• Open conversations with small and mid-size businesses — shops, restaurants, distributors, workshops and practices — and turn them into signed first projects.
• Lead partnerships, from the first conversation to a signed agreement.
• Hire the people the company needs, and set how it hires.
• Own the company's money: pricing, terms and where it is spent.

What you bring

Nobody matches every line. If you match about half, write to us.

• You have led or co-founded a company, or a team inside one, and can tell us how.
• You are comfortable with owners and managers, and you explain technology in plain words.
• You understand enough technology to promise only what can be built.
• English or Spanish. Both is a plus.

How it pays

You are paid for the hours you work, at a rate agreed in writing, plus founder equity earned over time. Pay comes from client projects, so it starts when they do. There is no fixed salary yet.
