Technical Co-founder

We are looking for a first-rate technical person who wants to build this company with us, part-time to start.

What you will do

• Own the architecture of KOA, our open-source toolkit, and decide what goes into it.
• Lead the first builds with clients: assistants, automations and data tools.
• Set the engineering bar: tests, evaluations, security and documentation.
• Help choose and bring in the next partners.

What you bring

Nobody matches every line. If you match about half, write to us.

• You have shipped production software and can show it.
• You already build with AI agents every day and know where they fail.
• You like working directly with clients and their operations, not only with code.
• You can give a steady block of hours each week alongside your current work.
• English or Spanish. Both is a plus.

How it pays

You are paid for the hours you work, at a rate agreed in writing, plus founder equity earned over time. Pay comes from client projects, so it starts when they do. There is no fixed salary yet.
