Fine dining

Spend the evening with your guests, not your reservation book.

AI for fine dining restaurants.

AI holds your reservation book, takes deposits, and remembers what a returning table expects.

How we work

  1. 01

    Assess

We watch a normal service and pick what to build first.

  2. 02

    Build and launch

We build it on your own menu and adjust until your team uses it every night.

  3. 03

    Hand over

Documentation, training and full access — it’s yours to run.

What stays with people

Prices and deposits, refunds, promises for a large party, anything about your staff. The agent prepares; a person decides.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to change my reservation system?

No — we start from the system you already use and read from it. If it can’t connect, we’ll tell you at the first visit.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

Yes — guests can write to you on WhatsApp, and it also works on the web and inside your own tools. Your team can read every conversation.

Who owns what you build?

You do — it’s built on KOA, an open-source platform under an MIT licence. There are no licence fees; your team gets full documentation and access.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what is worth doing first. We agree the price after the first conversation, before any work starts, and there are no licence fees.

Is it only for large restaurants?

No. It’s made for a single dining room where every table and every guest note matters, and where the owner still reads the reservation book by hand.

Where does my data live?

You choose: with the most capable AI models, or with open models on your own servers. Guest notes stay private unless you decide otherwise.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

It’s built to say when it doesn’t know and hand over to a person. Before launch it has to pass checks with real questions from your restaurant.
